The following information is usually required during the loan process:
ID
- Copy of Driver license.
- Copy of Green Card - Front and Back
Income
- Paystub for one month.
- W2/1099 – current two years.
- Tax return – last two years if self-employed.
Asset
- Two months bank statement
- Copy of Earnest Money Check
Real Estate Owned
- Mortgage statement – if own house.
- Insurance Dec page and HOA statement
Executed Contract
